Hi, and welcome! I am an artist, researcher, and educator based at MIT. My work focuses on the creation of new systems for music performance, and on new electronic music performance practices.

- I join the Creativitas program to share the creative and musical potential of engineering in computer science with high school aged students.

- Heath Interactive completes the third phase of interactive musical features at the Casa Colina Children's Hospital.

- I begin offering 21M.370 Digital Instrument Design as an MIT class. The first semester this hands-on physical computing class goes virtual ;-/

- I found the MIT Laptop Ensemble as an open laboratory in emerging collaborative electronic music performance practice. We decide to name it FaMLE ("the fabulous MIT laptop ensemble") :-)

I join the MIT Music & Theater Arts section as a permanent lecturer.
I complete my PhD at McGill University, "The Creation of Hardware Systems for Professional Artistic Productions" - 2017
